UAV Pilot Training was Provided to Bolu Regional Directorate of Forestry Staff

? Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Pilot Training was organized for Bolu Regional Directorate of Forestry personnel.

In the training held in the Yeniçaydurt region, information was given about the ability of UAVs to detect smoke in forest areas and dangerous points in forest fires and to see the direction of spread.

Bursa Technical University Faculty of Forestry Lecturer Prof. Dr. In the training given by Ali İhsan Kadıoğulları, it was explained that the UAVs, which will be used in the fight against forest crimes and forest protection activities, provide the coordinates of illegal excavation vehicles, can follow the determined targets within a radius of 8 kilometers and provide clear vision at night with their thermal cameras.

Aladağ Forest Operations Manager Ahmet Toklu, Mengen Forest Operations Manager Emre Koçak and Bolu Regional Forestry Directorate staff attended the training.
