Following the applications for residential zoned land for the “My First Home Land” project, carried out by the Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the beneficiaries were determined by drawing lots. While the project, which started in 2022, is in great demand, citizens who have the opportunity to own housing and land at affordable prices are closely following the developments regarding the project. The process is progressing, albeit slowly, due to the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş that occurred after the draw of the lots. The rights holders asked, “The land has been released, but when will the contract process begin?” The question started to find an answer.
