3 CYLINDER SALE ADVERTISEMENT FROM ULUBEY MUNICIPALITY

1- Subject of the Tender, Nature of the Work:
It is a bulk sales job of 3 (three) Cylinder Construction Machines.
2-Where and under what conditions to obtain the Specification and its Annexes:
Tender Specifications can be obtained from the Technical Affairs Directorate of Ordu Ulubey Municipality for 500.00 TL (Five Hundred Turkish Liras).
NOTE: Decision stamp, stamp duty and notary expenses incurred as a result of the tender belong to the bidder.
3-Where, on which date, time and by what method the tender will be held:
Ordu Province Ulubey District Çatallı District National Egemenlik Square No:14 Ulubey/ORDU
It will be held in the Council Hall of the Municipal Service Building. (Tel: 0452 861 30 18)

The tender will be tendered by the Ulubey Municipality Committee through the Open Bid Procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886 and its continuation.

4-Documents required from those who want to participate in the tenders:
Real persons and legal entities wishing to participate in the tender shall prepare the following documents in accordance with the State Tender Law No. 2886 and submit them to the Technical Affairs Directorate of Ordu Ulubey Municipality by 10:00 on 09.05.2024.
* The outer envelope will contain the following documents.
a) Inner envelope containing the offer letter,
b) A photocopy of the residence certificate and identity card approved by the administration.
c) If represented by an attorney, notarized power of attorney,
d) Provisional Guarantee Fee Receipt
5-Offer letters must be submitted to the Technical Affairs Directorate at the address where the tenders will be held, at the latest by the tender hours specified in the table. Offer letters submitted after this time or delays due to any reason will not be taken into consideration.
6- Bidders who will submit a bid must quote a collective price for 3 (three) pieces of Construction Machinery.
7-Estimated Price and Temporary Guarantee Tender Time

The administration is free to hold the tender or not, and it is announced in accordance with the State Tender Law No. 2886.
