The fate of the empty shops in the coastal project, which was started by the Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) in May 2020 on the Zonguldak coastline and completed with the Zonguldak Central Coastal Planning and Social Facilities Construction and Infrastructure and Landscaping project, is wondered.
The coastal landscaping commissioned by Zonguldak Municipality and TOKİ was completed with the completion of its deficiencies. However, it has not been clarified yet what will be done with the 5 empty workplaces under the promenade.
While many shops on the beach were given back to their former owners, it has not yet been clarified what will be done to these shops, as the 5 shops built in the area where the old boats are located under the promenade are kept empty and their electricity, water, natural gas and all connections have been completed.
