Armed attack on Ali Osman Ulusoy Group of Companies Chairman Murat Seymen in Trabzon

Murat Seymen (46), group president of a bus company in Trabzon, was injured in his legs in an armed attack in a side street.

The incident took place at noon in Trabzon İskenderpaşa District, Tiyatro Street. Ali Osman Ulusoy Group of Companies President Murat Seymen was attacked with a gun by a person named YCK (23) who came to him while walking in the alley. While Seymen was covered in blood due to the bullets hitting his kneecaps, the attacker ran away. Upon notice, a health and police team was dispatched to the area.

After the first intervention of the paramedics, the injured person was taken to Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) Faculty of Medicine Farabi Hospital by ambulance. It was learned that Murat Seymen, who was taken into surgery, was not in a life-threatening situation. The police examined the surrounding security cameras and started an operation to catch the escaped suspect. (DHA)
