The accident occurred on April 22 at around 17.30 in the central Meram district, Konya Isparta-Karayolu Akyokuş location. According to the information obtained, the minibus with plate number 42 VP 898, driven by Yakup Tüm, which was traveling from the center direction to Beyşehir district, fell on its side as a result of being hit by the car with plate number 64 FS 591, driven by Mustafa H., while making a U-turn towards the center direction. Medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon notice and determined that the driver Yakup Tüm, who was trapped under the minibus, had died. In the accident, the driver of the car, EH, who was a passenger in the vehicle, and AY, who was in the minibus, were injured. After the first aid, the injured were taken to various hospitals in the city center and treated. After the body of Yakup Tüm, who lost his life in the accident, was delivered to his family, he was buried in Tepekent District of the central Selçuklu district.
