The group, which came together under the leadership of the Ankara Palestine Solidarity Platform, gathered near the Ankara University Faculty of Languages, History and Geography, where Steinmeier would visit, and booed the motorcade as Steinmeier passed by.

“THE WAY TO MAKE THE GENOCIDE FORGOTTEN IS TO OPPOSE ISRAEL”

Memur-Sen Ankara Provincial Chairman Nevzat Ölek, who later made a press statement on behalf of the platform, said that the world’s GermanyWhile we expect him to confront and learn from the Holocaust and Namibian genocides he committed in the 20th century, GermanyHe stated that today he supports Israel, which committed war crimes and genocide.

“The way to make people forget the crime of genocide you committed against the Jews is not to support the murderer Israel, but to oppose it,” said Oylek, adding:

“Israel is a great threat and danger that cannot be described for the world and humanity. The people of Europe have seen this and are reacting and protesting against their governments that support Israel. “POLICIES THAT WILL REMAIN AS A BLACK SPOT ON GERMANY’S FOREHEAD”

Stating that Germany has been complicit in the crime by supporting Israel, which has acted contrary to international law, the law of war and human rights law with its stance so far, Söylek said, “President Steinmeier and German government officials should give up these policies, which will remain a black stain on Germany’s forehead. “Germany should take its place on the side of countries like Ireland, Malta and Slovenia, Spain, Brazil, Chile and the Republic of South Africa, which do what is necessary to be conscientious even if their people are not Muslims.” said.

The group, which chanted slogans against Israel and Germany, disbanded after Steinmeier left the Faculty of Languages, History and Geography.
