Kars Incident- As a result of the intelligence studies carried out by the Kars Provincial Gendarmerie Command, the judicial authorities were informed in order to capture (5) individuals who were considered to be trading weapons and ammunition in Akyaka District, and in line with their instructions, on 24 April 2024, at (5) separate addresses, (15) teams and (60) personnel were involved. The operation was carried out in real time.
As a result of the operation performed; (6) Number of Pistols (6) Number of Shotguns (5) Number of Pistol Magazines (821) Number of Pistol Ammunition (67) Number of Shotgun Cartridges (1) Number of Brass Knuckles
Considered to be a historical artifact; (1) Pendant (1) Bell (1) Bowl was seized. Captured FA (M), İ.T. (E), DY (E), OI (E), Ş.Ö. Legal proceedings were initiated against a total of (5) persons named (E).
