Realizing the situation, Serkan Tutkun (23) entered the house and introduced himself as a doctor to the woman whose room he came to. ‘I will examine you’ said.
Tutkun, believing his words, took off his clothes and sexually assaulted the paralyzed woman under the pretext of examining her.
Tutkun, who closed the mouth of the woman who resisted him and slapped her, went through the drawers and cabinets in his house when he received a negative response from NT to whom he asked for money.
While Tutkun, frightened by the woman’s screams, ran away, NT went to the police station and filed a complaint with the help of his relatives, whom he called on the phone.
The abused patient and the paralyzed woman died after 15 days
While the suspect, who was caught by the police and had a record of many crimes, was arrested, NT died of a brain hemorrhage 15 days after the incident.
Tutkun, for whom an indictment was prepared for the crimes of ‘sexual assault’, ‘simple wounding’ and ‘theft of items kept inside the building’, stated during the interrogation of the prosecutor’s office that when he rang the doorbells of the houses to celebrate Eid, he heard a sound from the house with the door open and that NT He claimed that he invited him to the house and “When I entered the house, I saw a woman in her 70s sitting alone. Tutkun claimed that he entered the house to steal money to find the money for the drugs he used for psychological treatment. “I will examine you,” I said, and took off her shalwar. When she asked me, “What are you doing?” I said, “I am examining you.” I slapped the woman, caressed her legs with my hands, and kissed her face. I hugged her and covered her mouth with my hand so that she could not scream. However, I I never took off my clothes. When the woman continued to shout at me, I said, ‘Do you have money to shout?’ I asked she. She told me that she had bought a sacrificial animal and had no money. He was sentenced for 2 crimes
The trial of Serkan Tutkun continued at the Orhangazi Criminal Court of First Instance.
At the last hearing, the court judge sentenced the defendant to 7 years in prison for ‘sexual assault’ and 5 years and 3 months in prison for ‘theft by being locked in a place where everyone can enter’.
Tutkun, who was sentenced to a total of 12 years and 3 months in prison, was also acquitted of the crime of ‘simple wounding’.
