A citizen who was out for a nature walk in the Munzur Valley in Tunceli recorded what happened between him and the cute squirrel he chanced upon with his mobile phone.
WE PROTECT OUR NATURE AND ANIMALS
A citizen named Ferhat Güven, living in Tunceli, encountered a squirrel in Halbori Springs while walking in Munzur Valley. Seeing that the squirrel was not afraid and ran away, Güven shared the bread he had with the animal. Güven recorded those moments when he shared his bread with the squirrel with his mobile phone. Güven said, ”We also had a squirrel from our table in Halbori Gözde, where we had a picnic in our ancient city, Tunceli, Khorasan of Anatolia. While traveling in the Munzur Valley, we greet brown bears, mountain goats, wild pigs, wolves, foxes, partridges, otters, red-spotted trout and squirrels.
There is a story hidden everywhere in our city, we listen to these stories. “The common feature of these stories is the confession of all living things. With this awareness, we protect and respect our nature,” he said.
