Historical signing in Trabzon! Signatures were signed for the light rail system

The transfer protocol was signed for the Trabzon Rail System Line project.

The transfer protocol of Trabzon Rail System Line was signed between the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality.

Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Infrastructure Investments General Manager Yalçın Eyigün and Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Metin made statements at the protocol ceremony.

We have explained the commissioning of a new transportation axis, which will eliminate the stress due to the construction and commercial life stuck on the coastal strip, and provide comfort to our people due to both transportation speed and transportation comfort. We also shared the importance of election that we would add another value to the standards. Together with our minister, we want to follow up and get this job done, starting from today, with the promise we made to our city, with the instruction and decision of our president, with the protocol to be signed with Trabzon metropolitan municipality and the ministry of transportation. Our project is generally planned in the area where 500 thousand population lives in Akcabat Yomra and Ortahisar. The starting phase will be Akyazı square. Then there will be connections to Akçaabat and Yomra.

Our president also shared this project during his visit to Trabzon. We are starting this project to meet the expectations in the city. I’m just as excited as I see the finished version. I will follow the project closely. Good luck to our city in advance
