Some university students have a pleasant time playing football, volleyball, handball and tennis in the sports facilities on campus.

University student Zehra Ayyüce Gezay said that they went out and had a pleasant time after the cold weather. Gezay said, “Before coming to Erzurum, my friends and relatives scared me by saying that it was very cold, but now the weather is very hot, we felt warm and happy.”
“IT IS VERY HOT THIS YEAR”
One of the citizens, 63-year-old İsmail Gülden, reminded that the temperature in Erzurum drops to 30-40 degrees below zero in the winter. Stating that the weather has been very hot this year, Gülden said, “We were really surprised by this weather this year. It has been very hot.”
