The person who escaped while serving the remaining part of his 42-year prison sentence for intentional murder in Karabük was caught.
The suspect named MG, who was sentenced to 42 years, 40 months and 47 days in prison for intentional murder, escaped from Karabük Open Prison Directorate on April 7.
Provincial Police Department Public Order Branch Directorate Execution Bureau officers carried out work in the city center to capture the wanted persons and detained the person.
After the procedures at the police station, the suspect was arrested by the court and handed over to Karabük T Type Closed Penal Institution.
