Rize Belediyespor U16 team, which became the Provincial Champion by completing the 2023-2024 Football Season Rize U16 League undefeated with 30 points, took the field in the Black Sea Regional Championship, which is the first leg of the Turkish Championship tour. In the first match of the U16 Black Sea Regional Championship played in Artvin, its opponent was Trabzon Sebat Gençlik U16. Rize Belediyespor team drew 2-2 with its team with the goals scored by Eren Korkmaz and Galip Tuzci, and in its second match, it defeated its rival Erzurum İl Özel İdarespor U16 team 2-1 with the goals of Muhammet Kasım Güçlü and Utku Kotil and advanced to the final.
