23 APRIL NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY AND CHILDREN’S DAY 104TH ANNIVERSARY CEREMONY PROGRAM WAS CELEBRATED WITH ENTHUSIASM

April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, which Atatürk presented to all the children of the world, was celebrated with enthusiasm at the July 15 Republic and Democracy Square. April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, gifted by Ataturk to all the children of the world and celebrated as the official holiday of the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, was celebrated with enthusiasm.

The celebration program started with a march that started in front of the Provincial Directorate of National Education and ended at the 15 July Democracy and Republic Square. Yalova Governor Dr. attended the celebration program. Hülya Kaya, the provincial protocol, teachers, students and many citizens attended. The opening speech about the meaning and importance of the celebration program, which started with a moment of silence and the National Anthem, was made by Provincial Director of National Education Halil İbrahim Akmeşe. After Governor Kaya and the protocol gave awards to the students who were ranked in the April 23 themed competitions organized by our directorate, poems were read by the students.

April 23 enthusiasm was experienced to the fullest with dance and folk dance performances performed by students from many schools.
