Students were guests of gendarmerie units in Bitlis

According to the statement made by the governor’s office, events were held in the city within the scope of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day.

The students, taken from Tatvan Sahil Kindergarten by gendarmerie teams, were taken to Tatvan Gendarmerie Special Operations (JÖH) Battalion Command.

The students watched the shows of the trained dogs, sang the anthem with the Gendarmerie Special Operations personnel, and toured the unit.

The students, served with treats by the soldiers, had the pleasure of spending a happy day with their military brothers.

Students from Konuksayar Village Primary School in the center also visited the Provincial Gendarmerie Command.

Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Brigadier General Eyüp Subaşı took a close interest in the students to whom he handed over his position as a representative.

The students, who were informed about the equipment used by the military units, took photos with Brigadier General Subaşı and the soldiers after the events.
