There was final excitement in the Kocaeli Citizen Tournament organized by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality. In the tournament in which 23 citizen association teams participated, Kocaeli Erzurum Citizens Culture Solidarity and Solidarity Association and Kocaeli Artvin Batumi Area Associations Federation came to the final undefeated. During the tournament, Kocaeli Artvin Batumi District scored 39 goals and Kocaeli Erzurum Association scored 38 goals. 49 football matches were played throughout the tournament, including the final match. The final match, held at Eastern Kışla Park, took place with intense spectator support.

Speaking at the cup ceremony after the final match, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Mustafa Soydabaş said, “The final match of the tournament went really well and it was a good fight. Deputy President Soydabaş gave medals and trophies to both teams playing in the final match.
Medals and cups were given to the Kocaeli Artvin Batumi Area Associations Federation, which became the champion, Kocaeli Erzurum Cultural Solidarity and Solidarity Association, which came second, and the Kocaeli Greengrocer Culture Associations Federation, which came third. The most gentlemanly team, Kocaeli Adıyamanliler Association, and the top scorer of the tournament, Hüseyin Özkan from the Kocaeli Erzurumliler Association team, also received their awards.
