TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED VIA D-100 LAND ROAD
In the statement made by the Ministry, transportation will be provided via the D-100 highway between Abant Junction and Kaynaşlı Junction. The Istanbul-Ankara direction of the highway will be out of service during this period.
SNOW IN BOLU LOST ITS EFFECT
The snowfall that continued all day yesterday in Bolu has lost its effect. The traffic congestion experienced due to snow on the Anatolian Highway and D-100 highway, which connects Anatolia to Istanbul, returned to its normal course after the snow lost its effect. While there is no problem with the traffic flow in the Bolu Mountain Tunnel of the highway and the Bolu Mountain section of the highway, highways teams are clearing the snow accumulated on the sides of the road. The teams are also working on salting against icing.
