The subject of the lawsuit requested by the General Directorate of the Turkish Electricity Transmission Joint Stock Company is located below. The Island Parcel and the immovable properties whose summary information regarding expropriation is specified were expropriated by the General Directorate of the Turkish Electricity Transmission Joint Stock Company, and a lawsuit for price determination and registration was filed in our court in accordance with Article 10 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942. .
Within 30 days from the date of notification, it can be annulled in the administrative judiciary, annulment in the judicial judiciary, or correction against material errors in the judicial judiciary, and in cases to be filed, the hostility should be directed to the General Directorate of the Turkish Electricity Transmission Joint Stock Company,
If you do not document within 30 days that you have filed an annulment lawsuit in the administrative judiciary and decided to stay the execution, the expropriation process will be finalized and the permanent easement ownership over the price determined in our court will be registered in the title deed in the name of the General Directorate of Turkish Electricity Transmission Joint Stock Company.
The expropriation fee determined by our court will be deposited in your name to TC Vakıflar Bankası Amasya Branch.
You must notify our court in writing of all your defenses and evidence regarding the subject and the value of the immovable property within 10 days from the date of notification.
It is announced to those concerned in accordance with the 4th paragraph of Article 10 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942. 10/11/2023
