Hendek Municipality Karate Team did not leave the podium to anyone again in the Interprovincial Karate Tournament held in Kocaeli. Hendekli karate player managed to win 9 medals, 2 of which were gold.

Hendek Municipality Karate Team made everyone smile again with its performance in the Interprovincial Karate Tournament held in Kocaeli. In the competitions in which 22 provinces, 88 clubs and 1440 athletes participated, Hendekli karate players won 9 medals, 2 gold, 1 silver and 6 bronze. In the tournament, Ahmet Emin Uzunoğlu and Eğmen Varlıca were champions, Ayşenaz Başer was second, Özgür Çağan Ergöz, Ali Efe Benli, Mert Ekrem İmamoğlu, Mehmet Efe Kayacık, Kerim Anıl Akbulut and Mina Göçlü were third.

Hendek Municipality Karate Team coaches Ümit Atış and Volkan Karagöz said that they left behind another successful tournament. Coaches said, “We congratulate all our athletes who competed in matches with high participation and competition.
