Mahir Akdere, Head of Ordu Provincial Party of the Country Party, resigned from his party with 150 people accompanying him. Saying that they were left in the middle, Akdere said, “I don’t give my right to any of them because they nullify our thoughts.”
Mahir Akdere, Head of Ordu Provincial Party of the Homeland Party, announced that they resigned from the Homeland Party with 150 people working in 11 districts.
Making a statement at the Ordu 19 September Journalists Association, Akdere stated that Muharrem İnce, who withdrew from his candidacy 2 days before the Presidential Election, left them in the middle on their journey with the ‘Homeland Movement’ 2.5 years ago.
Akdere said, “I do not give my right to any of my friends who are on duty from the party council and VQA, especially the Chairman Mr. Muharrem İnce. I don’t give my right to my young friends, either. Because we did not do politics as an expectation of benefit from anyone. We set out with the love of the country completely. I don’t give my right to any of them because they have nullified our thoughts,” he said.
He said, “I will vote for the candidate of the Nation Alliance”! Muharrem Ince did not keep his word
