President Kibar Statement ‘Fatsa Ring Road Will Begin and Complete During Our Government’

Fatsa Mayor of Ordu, Ibrahim Etem Kibar, stated that the ring road is no longer a problem of the district, and said, “How the Ünye Ring Road was built, the Ordu Ring Road was built, the same way the airport called ‘unfillable’ was filled and the Fatsa Ring Road will also be built.”

Mayor Ibrahim Etem Kibar said that Fatsa Ring Road is not only the problem of the district but also the Black Sea Region and Ordu.

President Kibar said, “Even after the Ukraine-Russia war, the Fatsa Ring Road became a problem for the country, since the Black Sea Coastal Road was a very serious logistics route. The first good news about the start of Fatsa Ring Road was that our Minister of National Education and then President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that it would be included in this year’s investment program during his visit to Ordu. This was very important because Fatsa Ring Road is a much more costly road when compared to Ünye and Ordu Ring Road. 11 and a half kilometers of the ring road, which will pass through a 23-kilometer route, will pass through tunnels and 8 kilometers through viaducts. Today’s total investment amount is over 20 billion TL. We are talking about an investment program that will last for at least 10 years, even if it starts this year and there is unlimited funding. That’s why I think the priority part was the part of getting the ring road into the investment program and starting it. The survey part took a long time because it was a very long survey work due to it being a costly road, and the fact that the necessary budget from the investment program will be transferred to the Fatsa Ring Road this year has made all our fellow citizens, especially in Fatsa, happy.”

Saying that Fatsa Ring Road is a very big project, Mayor Ibrahim Etem Kibar said, “How the Ünye and Ordu Ring Road was built, how the airport called ‘unfillable’ was filled and built, a city hospital with 900 beds was started a year ago and will be opened six months later. no matter how it will come, ‘Will it be a University for Ordu?’ How it was said and how a university was established in Ordu today, how it was unimaginable to the OIZs of Ünye, Fatsa, Ordu, but how more than 8 thousand people were employed in Fatsa OIZ today, how is the Fatsa Ring Road AK Party government? I believe that we will all see the days when it was started and completed under the leadership of our President. That’s why the opposition may be making a commitment very easily when Fatsa Ring Road is mentioned, but I don’t think they are very aware of the fact that Fatsa Ring Road should have an investment program of 20 billion TL and that this investment should come regularly every year in a 10-year period. . As a result, I hope our Fatsa ring road will start in a very short time, and we will be a firm follower of this process, especially under the leadership of our Minister of National Education, Mahmut Özer, for its work and the production of its resources.
