SİİRT, (DHA)- The fire, which broke out in the carpenter’s workshop in SİİRT and spread to 2 more workplaces next to it, was extinguished with 2.5 hours of work by the fire brigade. In the fire, 3 workplaces became unusable.

The fire that broke out in the carpenter’s workshop belonging to Mesut Özevin in the Carpenter’s Bazaar on 702nd Street in Ülkü Mahallesi in the morning also spread to the carpentry workshop of Fatih Gülbeyaz and the restaurant belonging to Abdulbari Tatlı. Firefighters and police teams were dispatched to the area. With 2.5 hours of work, the fire was brought under control and extinguished. In the fire, 3 workplaces became unusable.

Ahmet Tekçe, who works in the burning restaurant, said, “Our upper floor has completely burned down due to the fire that broke out from the carpenter. It has become a war zone. There is a terrifying view. There is nothing that can be used. Tables, chairs, air conditioners, heaters, cabinets have all been burned. “Unfortunately, our restaurant was destroyed. We are waiting for help from the authorities,” he said.
