All Foreign Votes Brought to Ankara

All of the votes cast abroad for the second round of the Presidential election to be held on 28 May were brought to Ankara.

1 million 783 thousand 107 ballots used abroad for the second round of the Presidential election to be held on 28 May were brought to Ankara by 3 planes, all of which belonged to Turkish Airlines. The votes used in the overseas representations were loaded onto trucks and reached the Overseas District Election Board under the supervision of law enforcement officers, accompanied by the “Voting Bags Transfer Commission”. After the end of the voting abroad, the voters whose electoral rolls are abroad will be able to vote at the customs gates until May 28, 17.00.
