KOCAELİ (IGFA) – Spor Toto Seniors Turkey Judo Championship, organized in cooperation with Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality’s Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate and Turkish Judo Federation, has ended. 689 judokas, trainers, referees and club managers from 56 provinces, 257 women and 432 men, participated in the championship. At the end of the two-day competitions, the winners of 7 weight categories were determined. The last day of the championship was played by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Youth and Sports Services Department Head Şemsettin Yıldırım, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Kağıtspor Club President Assoc. Dr. Ali Yeşildal, Turkish Judo Federation Board Member Serhan Çatal, Kocaeli Provincial Youth and Sports Director Gökhan Yavaşer, Metropolitan Sports Branch Manager Alparslan Arslan, athletes’ families and citizens watched. After the competitions, the members of the protocol gave medals to the judokas who ranked higher.
