Aydın Ünlü, whose house was flooded, said that this situation is common and that many apartments in the neighborhood were flooded after the rain. Ünlü said, “Our garage, our house is full of water. The ground floor of the next building is full of water for one and a half meters. The fire brigade is coming and pulling. I called two hours ago. For the fourth time, our apartments are flooded with sewage. We don’t know what to do anymore.” said.
“NO ONE HAS COME AND LOOKED MORE”
Noting that he was trying to reach the authorities regarding the sewerage network, Ünlü said, “I called the metropolitan municipality about the sewer in the garden. Maybe it’s been 10 days. There is a record there. No one has come and looked yet. We have vehicles in the garage, I have a motorcycle.” he said.
NEIGHBORHOOD CALLED TO AUTHORITIES
The residents of the neighborhood stated that they had infrastructure problems and asked the authorities to solve their problems. Ankara Metropolitan Municipality firefighters, who came to the scene upon the notice, started working in the region.

Caught unprepared for the sudden rain, the citizens took shelter in closed areas. While the rain continued, tradesman Samed Karakaya said, “The weather was nice in the morning. First, a cloud started and little hail started to fall. Then the hailfall accelerated. Everything turned white and the rain intensified. The rain is still effective. It was good for our dams. But the people suffered a little, unfortunately, because it came unexpectedly. The hailstones were the size of marbles, but suddenly accelerated.” used the phrases.
