Hakkari – A citizen named Nebi Güler (60), who became ill at around 11:00 in the morning, was taken to Derecik State Hospital by his relatives. Güler, who was found to have had a heart attack during the intervention, was later taken to Hakkari State Hospital by ambulance helicopter belonging to the Ministry of Health.
