Famous actress and theater actress Oya Alasya, ex-wife of master actor Zeki Alasya, passed away at the age of 74. The actor’s death left his loved ones in mourning. The sad news was given by the actor’s daughter, Zeynep Alasya.

The death of Oya Alasya, known throughout Turkey for her role as Himmet Ağa’s wife in the movie “From the Village to the City”, was announced by her daughter Zeynep Alasya. Alasya gave the sad news to her fans with the words “We lost my mother Zeynep Oya Kaya today.”
HE WAS BURIED IN ZİNCİRLİKUYU CEMETERY
Alasya’s funeral was removed from Zincirlikuyu mosque and buried in Zincirlikuyu cemetery. Oya Alasya, a Turkish theater artist and film actress, was the first wife of Zeki Alasya, one of the late master actors of the cinema.
WHO IS OYA ALASYA?
Oya Alasya was born in Istanbul in 1949. She played husband and wife with Zeki Alasya in the films ‘I Landed in the Village’ and ‘Idiot Millionaire’, and in real life, they got married in 1969. The couple had a daughter named Zeynep from this marriage, but the couple ended their 18-year marriage in 1987.
