Cancers:

Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer among men. In addition, other types such as lung cancer, colorectal cancer and skin cancer also play an important role.

Cardiovascular problems such as heart attack, coronary artery disease and hypertension are common in men. This condition is often associated with lifestyle factors, such as; malnutrition, irregular exercise and smoking.

Prostate problems:

Prostate enlargement (benign prostatic hyperplasia) and prostate cancer are among men’s biggest health concerns. While prostate enlargement becomes more common with aging, prostate cancer is also common among older men.

Sexual health problems:

The most common sexual health problems among men include erectile dysfunction (impotence), premature ejaculation, and sexually transmitted infections (e.g., chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV).

Respiratory system diseases:

Smoking can lead to respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and lung cancer among men.

Digestive system diseases:

Factors such as alcohol consumption and irregular diet can increase digestive system problems in men, such as liver diseases (e.g., cirrhosis), stomach ulcers, and intestinal diseases.

Mental health problems:

Men are also prone to mental health problems such as depression and anxiety, but these are generally less reported than women.

Others:

Diabetes, obesity, sexually transmitted infections (for example, chlamydia and HIV), and musculoskeletal disorders are also common health problems in men.
