Nowadays, it is possible to easily access multivitamins with a wide variety of ingredients to strengthen immunity during flu infections. “Although there is no harm in using it for short periods of time, such as increasing concentration, if long-term use is planned, it is necessary to consult a physician and have blood tests done, because it may cause toxicity, we may have a different underlying disease, or it may not be enough,” he said.
