The new Renault Duster was introduced in Turkey for the first time in the world with the launch held in Istanbul Ümraniye on April 25. New Renault Duster, which will be produced at Oyak Renault Automobile Factories in Bursa, will be offered both to the Turkish market and exported to various parts of the world. New Renault Duster, which will be available for pre-order at the end of May, will be on the roads in the summer of 2024.

Speaking at the Renault Duster launch, Mais General Manager Dr. Berk Çağdaş said, “This car is a product produced entirely in Bursa Oyak Automobile Factories in Turkey. As you know by now, we have created legends in Turkey with the Dacia Duster model. With annual sales of approximately 17 thousand to 20 thousand units, it is in many provinces that are leaders in their field in the SUV segment.” This vehicle, which is the segment leader and the market leader, has become a very popular product by the Turkish people. Our aim is to continue the same success with the Renault brand, with this badge change. The chassis, which was Dacia Duster, went through a big change when it became Renault Duster. The vehicle’s chassis, appearance, interior design, ergonomic features, digital features are completely renewed. It is a very important element, especially the interior design, which is made of 20 percent recycled materials. Therefore, it brings many added values, of course, which is the most important for us. This is Turkey’s Duster. This is our Duster. It is produced in Bursa Oyak Renault automobile factories in Turkey. Therefore, we want to continue our success by adding more success,” he said.

Equipped with 4×4 features, New Renault Duster has five off-road modes covering different driving conditions: Auto, Eco, Off-Road, Mud&Sand and Snow. Advanced 4×4 screen; It provides the driver with all the necessary information in difficult conditions, including compass, altimeter, lateral and vertical angles as well as torque distribution. In addition, the multimedia screen provides direct access to the 360′ camera, while the 3 / 3 speedometer works in any gear and at speeds up to 30 km/h.
It also includes adjustable slope descent assist. Apart from this, the New Renault Duster 4×4 has a multi-link rear suspension for improved dynamic performance.

The new Renault Duster has up to 17 new generation driving support systems to provide a more convenient and comfortable driving experience. The new Renault Duster reveals a strong identity that is both solid and reassuring, with well-designed body proportions and natural, scratch-resistant, self-coloured, largely recycled materials that wrap around the body like a protective belt. 17-inch or diamond-cut aluminum 18-inch wheel options support this strong appearance. In addition, the front door inserts with the Duster logo and the gray mirror covers compatible with the front and rear bumper lower protection coatings underline the attention to detail.

The 4×4 version is equipped with special bumpers with wider approach and departure angles, along with increased ground clearance and the 4×4 logo. While all versions feature Renault logos discreetly placed on the headlights, a specially designed strip connects the rear lighting groups. In addition, the new Renault Duster is equipped with roof rails with a maximum capacity of 80 kg, designed for both longitudinal and transverse use.

All models offer significant gains in terms of sound insulation, thanks to hood coverings that increase sound insulation and foam padding between the front corners and the body frame, as well as a windshield with advanced acoustic insulation properties.
