41-year-old Fatih Vural, who lives in Manisa, decided to buy a new kilometer vehicle with his savings.
Vural, who found the vehicle he was looking for in Muğla, went to the authorized dealer in the city with his own means and completed the transactions.
Vural, who received his vehicle in February, went to the expert a few days later after his friend told him that there was paint on his vehicle.
Vural was greatly surprised by what he learned in the expert report. During the inspection, it was revealed that there were local paint stains in various parts of the vehicle and that there were changes in certain points.
“THEY PAINTED IT TO THE MALES”
Vural, who was in the shock of his life, said, “It turns out that the vehicle I bought as brand new was a damaged vehicle. In short, they sold it to me as a damaged, new collection vehicle.”
Vehicle owner Vural continued his words as follows:
“I received the vehicle brand new from the Turgut Peugeot Dealership in Muğla in February. After bringing my vehicle to Salihli, I went to my friend in the industrial site. My friend said that there was paint on my vehicle. Upon suspicion, I took my vehicle to an expert. During the inspection, it was determined that there was local paint in various parts of my vehicle. They painted my vehicle up to the pillars. Also, there are excessive changes in the fender and hood, they have done excessive wear and tear on the screws, the pins on the doors have been hammered, there are crushed marks, and there are marks on the parts of the engine and turbo that look like they were cut with a spiral stone. This information was definitely not reported to me. I reported these to the headquarters. They told me to take my vehicle back to the dealer. They inspected my vehicle and told me that they had detected non-fabricated paint and that they would report it to the headquarters within a week. Then they called me from the headquarters and said that the vehicle was original and that it was downloaded from the tape in this way. When he said this, I experienced the second shock. They definitely do not accept their flaws and mistakes right now. From now on, we will start our legal processes.”
