It is an advantage for Turkey that natural gas from the world goes to Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria via Turkey with the agreement. There are no restrictions on the passage of gas from Russia to Europe via Türkiye.
WHEN WILL A GAS CENTER BE ESTABLISHED IN THRACE?

We have some infrastructure ready for the establishment of a gas center in Thrace. Some infrastructures need to be built for a long time. Russia says that it can build new lines and provide them by shipping new pipes through Türkiye. It does not take less than 2-3 years to ship a new pipe via Türkiye. Turkey has existing natural gas lines. An agreement was made to increase the natural gas (TANAP) coming from Azerbaijan by 10 billion cubic meters, and additional lines can be installed.
