Within the framework of the “Strategies to Improve Quality with Rational Ideas in Kars (KAFKAS) Project, which was developed to raise education in Kars to higher levels, District Governor Hasan Musab Okatan received the students, parents and teachers who read the most books in Digor district in his office and chatted for a while.

District Governor Okatan explained the importance of reading and asked the students to read more books.

District Governor Hasan Musab Okatan then gave various gifts to Yeniköy Primary School student Evindar Tuttu, Alem Secondary School student Medine Doğan, Governor Dilber Sudenur Özdinler and Alem Secondary School student Dilan Yağci, who read the most books within the scope of the Caucasus Project.
